The proposed project aims to strengthen the main ecological structure through the ecological restoration of three strategic ecosystems within the park: the vega forest, the gallery forest, and the morichal. These subsystems will be assisted by planting native pioneer, intermediate, and climax species, which will enhance these ecosystems’ structure and function. This will result in increased biodiversity, the recovery of fauna, and the restoration of river dynamics.

The butterfly house is a progressively growing system that incorporates the forest into a lightweight structure superimposed on a floodable area created to clean and reuse rainwater.

Water Sensitization and Fabric System:
The park’s systems intertwine, generating points of low, medium, and high activity aimed at recognizing the different values of the landscape, with frames revealing different relationships from the syllabic cycle established by existing and proposed forests. The guiding thread of this educational journey is the movement of water, understood as a system to set the body and gaze in motion. In the future, or in this phase if the budget allows, the lightweight suspension bridge is proposed as a mechanism to rise above the treetops to connect the park with the contours currently separated by roads, integrating them with the Almaviva residence while fostering a view of the territory. The view of the water vapor rises above the ground, towards the sky.
