Balance as beauty arising from the dynamic interaction of spatial limits. The new student attention center in the university pretends to be a new corner for the city. The old Santafé building can be consolidated as an even more active and visible area for an academic and urban community.

The main intention was to vitalize a site somewhat dimmed by time. In that sense, the site was shaped by a colorful and vegetal system of envelopes (floors and walls) that was also enhanced by removing a number of divisions and boundaries that fragmented the interior of the space, making it more continuous and totalized.
With this sense of unifying the scattered parts, a proposal was made to connect the Rosarista store and the CAE through a courtyard that previously separated them.
The intervention, like others done with the university, consisted of removing material to introduce space, nature, light, and vitality.

The new institutional image has its origin in the spirit of the CRAI spaces made in the Casur building. Here, an active form of space was achieved in which human activity is integrated with architecture, technology, and vegetation. This brings together an interior landscape in which encounters are encouraged but focusing on permanence where previously there was only a forced transit. The new image is one of joy and change.
