The proposal sought that space can be perceived as a unit gathered in a spatial continuity. In this sense, this continuity had to be achieved following the dreams formed in the first phase of Casur but at the same time, breaking them to achieve astonishment by focusing on three specific themes:
- Technology and physical activities as ways of helping in the learning processes.
- The presence of art.
- Sustainable and bioclimatic consciousness.

This space aims to reveal through beauty, removing mental and cultural veils. To amaze is to bring out from the shadows, bring it to light, it is a matter of poetry and understanding every millimeter of the world and every second of life. From each detail, we generated a call for attention to the great global changes that are coming.

As in phase 1, we continue to build a dialogue with the history between the university and the city through contrast. The “Nova et Vetera ” is blurred in many areas of the campus since there are no contrasts between the new and the old. This place should be perceived as a space of our time, as an avant-garde composition that also alludes to the aspects of history to allow it to re-appear in the present and the way it leads into the future. This space must be a re-presentation of the “Nova ” and a re-encounter with the ” Vetera “. On this occasion, we are focused more on the future than the past.

The strategy was to reveal the unique values of the current campus understood from a perspective of what you want to project in the future. Thus, configuring a paradigm of how our time can generate spaces for learning.

Operations must link the past with the present and the future. The territory, the campus, the inhabitants.
