Developed in partnership with the Universidad de los Andes, Progresa Fenicia was a collaborative space where the residents of the Tri\u00e1ngulo de Fenicia, together with the university, imagined the architectural and urban future of their sector.
The project’s focus was not on the physical space as a container, but rather on the inhabitants and their everyday activities. From the perspective of the resident, strategies were designed to integrate private, communal, and public spaces, seeking forms that would foster harmonious coexistence among diverse citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus, the project emphasized the design of voids \u2014 plazas, parks, inner-block spaces \u2014 over the built mass, recognizing that the main benefit for the residents would not be the housing units themselves, but the creation of genuine social fabric. This approach envisions a new model of urbanism and community life for the sector.
The process involved participatory design workshops, regulatory framework modeling, and the development of the preliminary project for the Urban Action Unit, which will anchor the core of the urban proposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
